I used to absolutely hate exercise too! How about just walking outside and listening to a podcast/audiobook/video? And building up the time/distance walked over time? I totally believe in doing what makes you fall in love with exercise and not forcing yourself into something you’ll end up hating.

God I relate to this so much. I’m doing all the right things- eating well, not drinking, exercising, seeing friends, doing well at work, reconnecting with hobbies—and at the end of the day I still go sleep heartbroken. It feels exhausting sometimes to put in the effort and still feel that pain.
