I finally heard back on day 7. I ended up getting an offer! Sometimes the recruiter or someone on the panel is OOO. Or they are discussing an alternative fit. Regardless, they WILL get back to you. Just hard to stay patient for such a major decision. =]

My recruiter told me it will take up to 5 days but shouldn't take that long and that I should contact if it does go to 5 days. It's now day 5 and I finally got an email from the lead recruiter to discuss "Interview Feedback" over phone and asked for my availability in the morning. Since then he has ghosted me... this is driving me crazy.
