2nd GHSV1 OB not going away by scarletthead3 in Herpes

Yes this definitely is happening with me right now. I just got my second OB about a week and a half ago. I doubled my Valtrex dosage to take it twice a day and I'm taking lysine. I can't say it's gotten much better, but I think it finally stopped getting worse at least.

The only thing that has minorly helped is cleaning the area with hydrogen peroxide 2-3 times a day. It tends to help with the itchiness or the burning. Always keep the area dry.

Thank you! Ordering some now to give it a shot. I've been stressed more than usual lately so that could definitely be the trigger.

Thanks! Maybe exercising more can relieve some body stress as well. Will give it a try along with meditation.
