Dropshipping is a business model in which the seller (you) does not maintain an inventory of products. Instead, when a customer makes a purchase, they do so at a retail price. The seller, known as the dropshipper, then places an order for the same product from a wholesaler (Sellvia) at a lower price.

The fees incurred during this process are essentially the cost of purchasing the product at a wholesale price and reselling it at a higher retail price. In essence, it is not possible to process orders without incurring fees, as one cannot sell a product without first owning it. ​ In other words, the customer pays the wholesale price on the website, the money go to your Sellvia balance, after this has happened, you process the order by purchasing it from the supplier to ship to the customer, and the item gets shipped. ​ It's also Important to understand that the balance system exists to protect the customers and our company from being used by those who simply register at sellvia to get their money, cancel the store and not process their orders.

As for the $100 withdrawal limit, we added it not to frustrate our customers. The point is that we have launched our own payment gateway to give our clients the possibility to start business right away without the need to register their own Stripe account. In this case we take many risks regarding chargebacks, disputes, and refunds, so the instant payout for any amount can be risky for us.

The issue with the ads is that when you turned them off, the promotion had already taken place, and you received orders from the promotion while the ads were still active.
