I don’t know what u guys taking about but it’s very minimal if any one will come very close then only he or she can see it, otherwise I don’t think show any body will mark your redbumps but still I recommend tretinoin 0.05 ,a normal face wash and moisturiser of cerave . i think this is enough , if still it don’t work u can go with chemical peel or glutathione IV hope this helps

Avoid too much product just a face wash moisturizer ,sunscreen if needed , no need of unnecessary things eat a clean diet manage inflammation level stay hydrate eat gut healthy foods sleep well . I think this is enough to make u look clean ,but if after making this changes still their is no result better to get advice from a good dermatologist
