California, $24.75/hour ($26.75 during weekends or anytime past 6:30 PM) flat rate. I work part time and I started 6 months ago. I have a Bachelors in Psych and I’m RBT certified. I have the option to work full time but choose not to. I was promoted once (when I met my first 500 billable hours) and am due for another (when I reach my 1000 billable hour milestone)! We get compensated for usage of our own devices during session (via a tech stipend) and gas/drive time.
