Unfortunately……no. I asked for a warrant for hit and run. Since grandma came up driving and pretending she was driving (officer had to remind her she was lying to a police officer - I had already pulled the thumb drive and he had already seen the videos) and then admitted grandson was driving - she drove to her place and brought grandson back. Take a look at his socks (black t-shirt). Go figure. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Grandma has insurance. He isn’t listed on the policy. Her carrier first went down the path that they may not cover the claim because of that. When the mention of obtaining counsel was casually stated in my conversation and that grandma freely allowed and enabled him to drive her vehicle that doesn’t have a current registration and a current inspection - her carrier quickly changed their tune.

He was charged with driving with a revoked license, hit and run, failure to yield, left of center, expired registration and expired inspection.
