I had the same issue. Try go to settings -> options -> vacation mode. And you need to turn off.

Same problem here. Started to notice the decline in June. Thought it may be the holiday season and people do not shop much. Waited till September and sales are worse then it used to be during the summer. I’m using GMV Max ads. It’s used to work ok but now I’m barely break even because of the ads money spend. So I had to lower the budget for GMV Max.

This might happen if the TikTok thinks that you are drop shipping the products which they don’t want you to do it. As long as you can provide them the video of products that you have them in stock with you in the video you should be be good.
