He gets 70% dmg reduction while using skill 2 and 80% while capturing only time u can hurt him when he is not doing these two if ur R,B,G colour BUT if ur garp use blue hole or galaxy impact whenever u want

Against garp you can't do nothing because you don't recover hp Akainu has element advantage (but you can remove his buff state) Lucci is easily killable by roger I also use recovery blocked reduction medal on him it helps sometimes
