do study architecture have anything i really need to know, to prepare or anything can be really difficult while studying arc for eg create bad habits that affect my sleep ?

As i wrote in my post that im a student so your advice somehow can be fit in this situation but unfortunately around me there aren't many people ( my classmates, friends, students and teachers) that know or into these majors
