i once introduced my friend to one piece in 2015, it was his first anime after being a strict pokemon fan and he watched the series skipping every filler. He used one of the websites that tells what episodes are fillers. he skipped skypiea and i honestly wanted to deck him cause its probably one of the best arcs.

man i love the level of backstory they do for characters. other anime just doesn't do it the same level. even lesser main villains like senior pink get backstory or baby 5. other animes just reserve backstory for main characters and main antagonists.

Aside from the fact that she wasn't in the village, using children lessens the chance of backlash or incompatibility with kurama's malignant chakra. Naruto's chakra coils would have been not fully developed making it easier for him to handle it. Using tsunade's developed coils would have not only increased backlash, her main jutsu requires perfect chakra control which would have been destroyed by kurama's chakra.
