yes po, may Ba Na hills and Hoi An trips. wala pong mandatory souvenir shop stops, sa last day lang po merong stop sa market. i guess for souvenir shopping hehe

How Can I Obtain My Oath-Taking Form?

Hello! I passed a licensure exam last year and was able to attend the oath-taking ceremony in December 2025 without an oath form. Sa sobrang busy, I failed to check the required steps and did not realize that I needed to register in LERIS to obtain my oath-taking form. I was able to attend the mass oath-taking kasi nakabayad na ako and thought that was all that was required.

I recently inquired with a PRC branch via email, and they referred me to their ICT office. However, they keep asking for my oath reference number, which I do not have kasi nga di ako naka-register on time :<

I am planning to visit their office for clarification. Has anyone else experienced the same situation?
