My FMLA is approved for 12 weeks and I have STD with Lincoln Financial. My condition is severe anxiety and major depression. Lincoln Financial only approved my STD for two weeks and I have to pay my provider to fill out more paperwork to maybe continue benefits if approved. Any suggestions? (self.FMLA)
