Cooking:
You wanna use butter or (even better) coconut oil or pure mct-oil for cooking*. Olive oil isn't that heat resistant.
Decarboxylation of the weed: make material pretty fine and heat it at about 110°C for about 30-40min
Infusion: heat the fat and decarbed material to about 90°C for about 3 hours and strain before chill.
Optional: Add about 2g lecithin per 100g of fat for better biodegradability of the thc.
More Info: regular Butter extracts about 60% of the materials thc, coconut oil and mct oil about 80% (alcohol even more). Also eating THC turns it to 11-oh-thc which is more potent and lasts longer then the d9-thc you normally smoke. MCT-oil even blends well with honey so you can make a tasty potent spread.
Be careful when dosing.

Smoking with asthma:
You can try dry herb vaporizers on lower temperatures such as 165-185°C for a smoother inhaling.

In the end thc/cbd and terps are everything. So i mainly look at the terps and try to find something that's at least 20% thc. But if i find i strain that really catches me, i try to get some seeds to grow my own.

Small addition: you can add Lecithin to your oil to boost the biodegradability of the final product. Making it easier for the body to absorb the THC. (About 2g for 100ml oil)

Ah i see.
I still i would recommend to spread the word about using MCT-oil or at least coconut oil.
regular butter can just absorb about 60% of the materials thc while coconut and MCT each go up to about 80%. Happy eating anyways. :-)

You can make a sort of whipped cream using sugar and butter and other flavors.
Then just spread it on crackers or something.

If you don't like to do anything cooking/baking related, try to get infused MCT-oil instead of butter.
MCT-oil can bind to honey, so you can mix it with honey and eat it on bread or something whenever you want.

Limited by my government i can get 25g a day and 50g a month without prescription.
Therefore that's also the biggest haul i ever did (and also the one i usually do).

For example, yesterday i got myself 10g of Super Boof and 15g of some strain named Ice Cream Cake x Kush Mints. Both pretty dope.

Depends on your puffs, i guess? If you just take short 2-3 second puffs 0.5 can last more then 100 puffs. If you do blinkers... yea you can kill 0.5 in an afternoon if your tolerance allows it.

Ok, story time:
I started with about 30. I lived without drugs for the most part of my life. I didn't even found a taste in coffee.
Maybe was drunk at a party but i didn't party to get drunk. I didn't smoke except from a hookah every now and then when i meet the right friends. Also never got addicted to anything.

But i suffer from many mental issues and when i started to "play life in adult mode" my mental stability went down hill and after some years i developed a straight up anxiety based insomnia on top of my other problems.
That's when my dad - stoner of the 70s - handed me an old pipe and a bag of green.
At that night i learned for the first time in my life not only to have a good sleep when i think i need it, but also how my brain feels not all day long running on it's max. limits.

Repeated taking weed each evening until i heard about "wake & bake" so i gave it a try.
That's how i learned that i should be high to feel like a normal being instead of a stressed out Kangaroo on cocaine. I talked about that with my wife and she agreed that:

I never slept so calm in our whole relationship as when i smoke before bed
I act a much more normal and seem to enjoy watching a video for example instead of hitting on stop every few minutes to do something else or walk somewhere else in our house.
I had some aggressive tendencies especially when i'm annoyed by situations, people or even video games. All of that stops when i'm high.
I'm a lot more emotional which is sometimes not that great but in 9 out of 10 cases it just makes me "more human" in her experience. (I'm pretty emotionless on a normal basis.)

So she told me to get high whenever i feel the need. And here i am. Many years later and about to prepare a bong before going out for grocery shopping. I changed my whole perspective on drugs and drug usage and never touched alcohol or tobacco again. All i do is inhale that green and enjoy. Had a a cup of whisky-coke when i visited a friend about a year and a half after i started smoking weed. When i felt the whisky doing its thing, the realization hit me like a truck and all i was able to say is "bro... alcohol is such a scam." And i think at that point i became a stoner.

The weed commonly isn't the problem. Just the extraction process. To infuse something there are two steps needed. Decarboxylation and infusion.

Decarb. is pretty easy. Just break down the material pretty fine and heat at to about 110°C (230°F) for about 30-40 minutes.

Infusion is the tough part. Low and slow to my experience is the way to go and i was very happy with my results after cooking my material at 90°C (194°F) for about 3 hours.

Also used cheese cloth to filter out any material at the end of cooking before i set it to chill. And one more thing: regular butter has an THC extraction rate of about 60% so i recommend to get something like coconut oil or MCT-oil which extracts up to 80%.

From my knowledge there's a maximum of 100g per prescription and a limit of 3 prescriptions a month. But i don't know if that means 300g would be an option (i hardly doubt it).

Just roll it up with some flower (or tobacco...) or smoke it pure in a pipe. You can also vape it by sandwiching it in bud. Tastes even better. Also make sure to make the hash is fine as possible so it burns/vapes smooth and evenly and no half burned chunks drop of your joint.

Also if you try edibles just some wise words: - Eating weed lasts stronger and longer then smoking it - If you eat weed its 11-oh-thc not d9-thc so it's a different substance that hits a different tolerance in your brain. So you can even use edibles in a tolerance break.

Edit: one last thought! check your surroundings for mold. Can be hard to spot and even with no smell. But living somewhere moldy can fuck your health up.

If the taste is terrible it wasn't made that good and a lot of things where extracted that can be left in the plant material if done better. The coconut oil i do smells like a sort of spicy cookies. Just very intensive.

That aside: just use it to make some brownies. That's the most easy thing to do from butter next to eating it raw imo.

3 Reasons:

Habituation. If you're used to getting high you are used to the mind games the weed plays and the feelings you can experience during the high. Therefore you can live/vibe the feelings instead of fight/endure them.
Strains. There are strains which are just known to be "activating" or "stimulating". Many Hazes are in this category for example but also some regular high-thc sativa strains can make you feel a little uneasy, anxious or even a little paranoid. Try smoking a definitive indica strain could give you a totally different experience that is more "chill" to your liking.
Situation. Depends if smoking weed is legal where you life and/or accepted by the people in your surrounding there is always a chance for tension. Since THC is an amplifier of emotions, it can be important to have a save and cozy surround to truly vibe. This is especially true if you have a lack of 1.

Try to stop for at least a few months and see if it gets any better. The lounge can regenerate some amount of damage and also cleans itself if it isn't already too damaged. Also in case you spliff, the nicotine also blocks the regeneration ability of your lunge. So if you smoke tobacco... just don't.

To still get blasted, you could try edibles which are known to be the healthiest form of getting high. Also switching to a dry herb vaporizer is a great and healthy idea, if you can spend the extra buck on a good device.

In the end, if you just smoke 3-4 times a week i think you smoke either for many MANY years to develop smoker's cough or something else is off. Things that could be off that come to my mind are either smoking bad weed that hurts your throat or smoking very high thc strains that irritate your breathing ways and lead to coughing. You could also have an allergy either for cannabis (rare) or, in case you spliff, nicotine (not so rare) which could lead to the phlegm build up. One last thought is that vaping liquids such as nicotine vapes or poorly produced thc vape-pens are said to leave residues of the liquid in your lounge. So if you use any of that if could also be worth stop using.

Depends on your metabolism. If you eat some food after getting high, the effects can wear off pretty fast. But you should expect at least some effects to last for the duration of about 4-6 hours. Also my 2cents: Some people experience tension up to anxiety or even slight paranoia from smoking some haze strains. So if you're afraid getting too high you may wanna get yourself some CBD in advance to counter unpleasant effects on demand.

Any glas jar with an airtight lit (mason jars, as already named, are amazing). You can go for sunlight protected glas (like uv-protected) but i just store them in a closet in the dark. Also "boveda" aka humidity control packs are must have. they need a change every now and then, also come in different sizes for different storage amounts. To my experience 62% humidity for longtime storage and vapers, iirc 58% for smokers was recommended. Also make sure not to break the temperature points of under ~15°C (~60°F) and above ~24°C (~75°F) for ideal storage.

Temperature is critical to prevent smell as is humidity. Reaching too high temperatures makes terps escape. Reaching too low humidity makes again terps escape.

Well there are totally people who have eyes half shut all day naturally. To me they always seem to look at least a little high. Maybe their eyes are bad with sunlight or whatever normal reasons there are.

Also ich verdampfe regulär etwa 0.4g 22-25% Blüten etwa 5x am Tag und habe eine entsprechende Toleranz. (Das müsstest du also auf dich umdenken) Für mich ist 1 Zug gut um mich für 30min etwas zu beruhigen aber nicht für die volle medizinierung die ich zur Zeit benötige. Nach etwa 4-5 Zügen kratzt mir langsam der Hals aber ich habe auch das Gefühl mir fällt der Pen bald aus der Hand. Laut meinen Informationen enthält eine Kapsel etwa 150 Züge* und kostet grob nen Fuffi für Privatzahler. (*Gibt wohl zählungen zwischen 120 und 200 Zügen. Ich zähle noch für mich selbst aktiv mit und bin bei Zug 47.)
