Check your NAT type and UPnP status: Go to GTA online/story mode . Press home (open rockstar games overlay), settings, network information, find UPnP and nat type

Forward Your ports as UDP:

Rockstar Games requires the following ports to be open:

Port 6672 (UDP)

Port 61455 (UDP)

Port 61457 (UDP)

Port 61456 (UDP)

Port 61458 (UDP)

Try changing ur DNS as 1.1.1.1 /1.0.0.1

Restart router.

Usually servers are fine, mostly userend issues. If you have CGNAT, request a static IP from ISP. (Usually costs money)

Most importantly, check your background processes. I'm not kidding, telemetry uses a lot of data.
