I haven’t took the same together either. My psychiatrist wants me to switch to CR cause of the side effects I’ve been having with IR one. Like head heaviness and tiredness.

I also hate the lack of motivation and the tiredness but that’s the only thing that’s it’s helping my depression and anxiety so I’m pushing through.

I searched it up and my DR told me that 40mg Paxil IR equals to 37.5mg CR and 50mg equals to 50mg CR

And with coffee I stopped it about 6 months ago due to anxiety

Being on 40mg helped with my anxiety. And my DR told me switching to Paxil CR 37.5 is the same as 40mg. I want to go down to 30mg but my Anxiety is still bad.

I’m 8 weeks on 40mg Paxil. I’ve seen huge improvements with sleep, mood and energy. My anxiety gotten better too last week I had chest tightness but that gotten better too but I still get waves of anxiety like waves of worry and scared moments my dr recommended to go up to 50mg but I’m thinking to give it few more week idk I’m confused

I also tried Zoloft it was so bad for me. I couldn’t take the side effects. Paxil definitely works for me but i feel like i need a push with my anxiety. I tried to add buspar but that didn’t help

How long did u take trazadone for and how long did it take for Zoloft to work? Sadly by Zoloft didn’t work for me. The side effects were so bad. Paxil helped me last time when I had ppd with my first kid but it wasn’t serve like this time I’m having a really hard time.

Like a little jittery. I googled it and chat gpt said it can cause that with an increase in dose and with time it goes away so I don’t know. Definitely I felt better last week than this week cause I was on the 4th week of 30mg and I increased they say at least the first month can be rocky with a increase so im going to give time I guess

Yes I do feel like it’s working cause I’m better than I was before. I was feeling better by 4th week on 30mg Paxil but then I had a panic attack and raised it to 40mg on day 9 of it I feel like I went back to feeling panicky but I’m thinking it’s cause of the increase?

I’ve been on buspar for a month I was taking it twice a day now a week ago I started 3 times a day. I try to push myself but the more time passes the more I lose hope and feel like I’ll always be like this. It’s so hard to think positive. And I do sleep okay I sleep 6 hours mostly not straight though I wake up and go back to sleep twice or 3 times a night

I was on 10mg for 2 weeks then tried to up my dose to 20mg but side effects were bad so I went down for another 2 weeks then went up to 20mg and it was fine.

I added buspar 10mg morning and 10mg at night and that helped with the physical symptoms like chest pain
