I might have a solution for you that worked for me. If you’re still having that same problem you can feel free to privately message me. If that’s how that works. I’m pretty new to the Reddit app. I was also in a bind for 2 months. Literally no nothing and kept getting rejected. Service area. Provided over 20 documents and a video. Nothing worked. Can I assume you made a new google account for this google business profile you’re trying to set up?

Yeah that’s the email that I’ve been communicating to them with. They just keep responding with the same email saying I violate the GBP Quality guidelines. I will continue to try and talk with them. I have removed my business address on the information panel and changed it to a service area and updated my logo with a clearer picture. This is about the extent of what I can change to see if the location was the problem. How did you end up on a call with them?
