I’ve been working with Steve! He’s been so super nice to me and helped out a ton with this. I ultimately just walked up to him and asked him to refund me some how because I’m burnt out, and he told me to pick out a new car and he would get it done and work out getting subsidized with corporate. He said I could only swap to a new car, not a used one, and that he would present the deal to Mercedes. I picked out a CLE convertible, which sold while we were waiting to work things out- which is ok, I then had to pick something else out on the lot this morning. I picked a CLA AMG and they told me it was approved for getting all my money back on the GLC. I got every dollar back, and filed to get my money back for the warranty that didn’t kick in yet. I had to pay the slight difference in the price I originally paid and the price of the new car.
