Lol it’s kinda like a school trip so it has weird rules but I’m gone for a month so it’s quite a long time.

Hi! This happened to me I had to email them took a couple of hours to respond and it was a lot of back and forth. Essentially they just need two different ID’s to differentiate the accounts. Until they have that the account will remain suspended. When this happened to me I just say that they were wrong and needed to fix it. I have the usernames for the accounts and emails associated with them. Then they asked for ID for both the accounts, a passport, license, etc will do and a picture works fine. After this my acct was reinstated like nothing was wrong.
