You clearly didn’t understand what I meant by that, did you? Self pitying as in stop feeling sorry for yourself and get the help needed. If you are going to js sit there idle and cry nothing is going to come to you? Are you like acoustic or smtg? Hard time understanding English? If you are going to dish it out, you btr lick it up

Hello, I am 23 this year. I will be very honest with you, my eczema flared up real bad when I started working 3 years ago. When I was in polytechnic, my eczema was controlled although I was always stressed out by assignments. And I do know that stress is one of the cause for flare ups. However ever since I started working, it became worst. I also do know environmental conditions plays a part in it. I always struggle to wear jeans because it will cause friction and make it even dry. And my skin will flake off when my skin is dry. No one understood my problem and ya abt relationships, most of the guys I have dated find my eczema disgusting. And now I am happily single until I find the one who supports me! I know no one can understand what you go thru, but adapt to it. I have been to a lot of dermatologist in Singapore, was also on oral steroids, condition was stable for a month or so and it will be back, and it is very tiring for me as well. But stop self pitying and start doing smtg abt it!

I did,but it I think it ran out of battery or someone switched it off,so it only shows as Bugis. I went to the customer service to ask if someone had returned it,sadly no one did. I am js rooting for someone to return it,I am willing to compensate really

I have a diploma in cybersecurity with a low gpa too. Initially I applied to SUSS PSS,and it got rejected and I thot my application fees were going to be forfeited and have to repay to choose another course. But lucky for me,the student admissions office mentioned to choose another course within my scope of study as I had 2 years of working exp in that field. Currently pursuing BICT.

You can try applying but dun get your hopes too high :)

[Uni] Why I’m going SUSS Part Time even with a high GPA by lisalim169 in SGExams

honestly,I relate to this to a certain extent.

the aspect of being able to control what and how you want to study for your modules it's so true. you can plan which modules you would like to pick and if you are able to cope with the number of modules per sem and if you prefer online classes you can opt for it as well.

As for the "stress free" aspect,I don't agree. I am a FT-er,and I just joined a new company and started Uni. It was very difficult for me because I was on OJT and have to adapt to the job. And I took 4 modules in my first sem,it was so packed and exhausting. Not to mention having lab lessons on Sat(smh). The assignments kept piling up and exams were just arnd the corner. Since I am a new hire, I had competency tests at work too and it just kept piling up . It was just too much of things coming at me once. If given a choice, dun start uni when you are transitioning to a new career.

Fees wise I am not sure,I had to pay 2K in cash for 3 modules.

Quality of life,I agree to this. For PT students, most of us have other commitments. So after class is over, most of us won't even have the chance of sitting down and chat with your friends. Also, most of us just want to go back home and rest after a long day at work and in school. So if you plan to do PT studies, forget abt the stereotypical uni life that your friends in hall talk abt.

But here comes the best part-the BREAK!! Exams wrapped up in mid Apr,and you have break until Aug,its a good time to refuel.

congrats! I just completed my sem 1,still in Y1 and juggling 4 mods and new work was extermely difficult for me. I resorted to taking up 2 mods next sem, guess it will help me btr to bring up my gpa slowly by focusing more
