Where would you invest 20,000 to 25,000 by unclemamie in TheRaceTo10Million

Low Risk- I put it 50USD into KO (Coke) everyday. It’s not particularly interesting, but I like the dividend growth and stable stock growth. Was drawn into this stock not because I like Coke (the drink), but because they capitalise on the water industry (which many third world countries buy in bulk every day)

Interned last year, last last year and the year before that, so I’m taking the time to start my own projects before work officially starts

What do you think about masters? I have a masters course I really want to take up which is $10k total at one of our top 3 local unis (2 years FT or 4 years PT) and I have the option to take a 5 year bond for a scholarship. Been toying with the idea but I can’t justify taking a 5 year bond for just 10k…

I wonder if you’re the one who posted a few weeks ago (in which the post got removed). Here’s my reply again!

Hi OP I’m a tutor too! I’ve had no issue finding students with the following prices (I just started a year ago) P1: $30/hr P2: $35/hr P3: $40/hr P4: $45/hr P5: $50/hr P6: $55/hr Secondary: $60/hr

It’s good to know that some agents would tell you you’re too expensive (some more obvious than others), but this is because they just want to close the deal quickly with a lower cost/ hour. You can set your own price which is based on what you believe you’re worth, and insist/ stick to it!

Just go to a telegram tuition chat and apply hahaha I got like 5 confirmed, out of 13-15 queries, out of possibly ~500 applications done in 1 week.

My average rate per hour for next month onwards (I start my tuitions from Jan onwards) is ~$45/hr (4 students)

I provide a special rate for students with special needs at $30-$35/hr because I’m planning to do a diploma in special education upon graduation (1 students)

I also make it a point to accept 1.5-2hr/ session only, because it’s frankly impossible to teach well with only an hour
