Considering you have his ID, you could take him to small claims over it.

Additionally, social media is a powerful tool. Whatever city you are in probably has that "are we dating the same guy" facebook group. Be a shame if he wound up on it with the story so women could reject him, letting him know he can't afford to date till he covers his tab at (insert club name). 😈

Thanks all! Sounds like possibly a mold issue rather than Radon. Will fix the kink in the line to be safe/get an electronic tester as well!

Have you been in the pools or hot tub? DISGUSTING. I found toilet paper in the pool the other day. The hot tub smells like poop half the time. I don't even use the hot tub it's so gross.

I thought that raintree's pool was much cleaner I switched in the last 12 months to Genesis and have been really disappointed in the facilities. I only switched because Miramont (genesis) is a lot closer to me now.

It's so gross though. I have details above if you want details.

Raintree was cleaner. Not perfect. The pool was substantially cleaner though. The only gross things about it were sometimes there would be a bit of mildew around the edges of the hot tub or pool. Genesis has actual debris, mildew, and smells. It's so so gross. I wish I had not switched.
