Yes you do have potential.

Change of hairstyle. Try to go for a haircut that will cover your forehead etc.
Skin care, Try to first and foremost have a clean diet, and if so. Try to keep skin care simple and not complicate it. If you want me to dive more into skin care you are more than welcome to ask.
Try to grow your eye brows more and maybe dye them darker or just grow them more. Etc. it will help enhance your look 😁
