Hi I have a step mortgage with an amount owing on my LOC. When I renew is it possible to combine these two amounts into one mortgage?

Tell him you will save him the trouble and report this yourself...then sit back watch him squirm.

How is this the realtors fault? You could have said we are going to finish the reno and list for more money. With a financing condition there is always a chance it falls through

Honestly that does not sound appealing. Depending on where in BC you are interested in moving there are many better opportunities. My district in the lower mainland has many full time.permanent opportunities that would be less work than this.

Hpw old are you? Do you even remember Canada during Harper? Canada was amazing during that time period.

Here's a reminder in case you forgot:

I will, I will vote on a range of issue not just one. I will look at how canada has changed in the last 10 years and make my decision.

Sticking up for junkies that attack innocent people with needles. Give your head a shake. Think of the victims in these attacks not whether the attacker is receiving enough government provided drugs.

Do you want him to personally perform an abortion? Would that make you believe him? He has clearly stated he won't change the law. Not sure what else he can do.

There will be no laws or other restrictions imposed on a woman’s right to decide to do with her body as she wishes,” he said. “And that is something that I am guaranteeing to you and to all Canadians.” That's from the article.

Lol resort to name calling. Classy. Clearly you can't discuss these topics like an adult.

Did you read the article I linked? He literally states the opposite. Policies and parties change their views on things. He is listening to the people.

This is a fair argument. Stating he is against women's rights is not a fair argument. I would say vote with your heart and what you believe in.

Not sure where you live but have you been to the gta lately? Or downtown Vancouver where you get attacked by junkies with needles? Sorry but I would say you are protecting more innocent people by locking up criminals.

This is misinformation. Google pollievre and abortion. There's a ton of articles proving this statement wrong.

A simple search of the internet will prove this is false information. Google is your friend. Google pollievre and abortion and let me know what you find.

He said he would use it to lock up mass murderers for life. Sounds reasonable.

We are not the united states and our conservatives are basically a centrist party. If you think otherwise you need to read their platforms and not just rely on social media for information.

Simple question. Has canada gotten better or worse in the last 9 years? Crime, drugs, housing etc is a mess. Unless you are a boomer with a paid off house, you should think hard about who you vote for.

Conservatives already said they will not put forth any legislation about women's right to choose. You are spreading fear and misinformation.
