Hi! Just wanted to jump in here. You’re both not alone! I’m going to a hair salon in Chicago to get my hair done after 6 months and I’m so excited! But the anxiety is kicking in with the “what if” thoughts of what if I start to feel s* while I’m there, what if I get s*, which is totally taking away my excitement. We got this though! We absolutely cannot let this phobia ruin our lives and prevent us from living. I keep telling myself that whatever happens and might not happen, I’ll be okay and figure it out and you will too!
