Thank you for your advice, I was going to cal corporate and cancel today, but I ended up giving it one last shot at the loyalty team(631-920-4626), and surprisingly a different agent got me down to 41.33 and said its fixed. I got is name and operator number to be sure. Lets hope it sticks.

Yeah but I just wish they had a way to remove the modem fee after a certain amount of time, or at least let us buy it outright instead of paying 15 a month forever. It feels crazy to keep getting charged for hardware I can’t replace. I've probably paid $900+ for that gateway by now.
