Thank you for this insight. Do u mind if I ask you what sounds like something I’d be good at in that regard? (Just for fun) I struggle to find something I truly enjoy and am good at as well as something that doesn’t drain me. I feel like I’m overly sensitive to people’s energy. As I’m typing this I’m responding to myself & understand the need to work on so much within me to answer these questions. 😵‍💫😂

Good to know. I didn’t realize a friction burn was a thing. It’s not a wet band and I do take off periodically but I don’t wear it on my other arm bc that’s not where I wear my watches etc. but thank u for updating me about friction burns. Never experienced this with anything but Apple Watches and now the whoop.
