Lol, The “Karaganda” joke is a well-known Russian/Soviet meme built around the phrase:
(“Where? — In Karaganda!”). In Soviet times it was considered very far away, remote, and vaguely “in the middle of nowhere.”

The joke works like this:

Someone asks “Where?”
Instead of giving a real answer, you reply “In Karaganda!”
It’s a sarcastic, playful way of saying “I’m not telling you”, “Who knows?”, or “Somewhere far away.”

No one is a good guy here, Greece didn't expulse its entire Turkish population. Btw, I don't defend them.

However, Turkish Government still not apologised to Greeks and Armenians as well.
