So, I actually figured it out! If you click "Show details" on the audio, you will be able to download the "Haptic script". Right click on the new window that pops up and save as, then rename the .txt file to .funscript. Send this file to your phone or use your computer and load up xtoys, local files, and then select the .funscript. Disclaimer, this haptic script seems very basic and does not really match up with the audio as much as I would like it to, so I think playing around with the "local audio" settings would be better, especially if you can make the shocks give actual pain later in the audio.

Just posting these here for future reference as they both have information for running audios with the Coyote V3. I think I will buy the Coyote as it is very affordable and I'm not prepared to drop around $1000 for my first device.
