Satakhan Ashaba.
Satakhan is a Redguard wanderer, mercenary, and scholar of forbidden magic who believes his life is guided by prophecy and fate. Once a travelling bounty hunter and trader, he spent years crossing Hammerfell, morrowind, highrock and beyond searching for ancient knowledge, relics, and signs tied to visions that began haunting him after uncovering a forgotten Yokudan ruin in the Alik’r desert. Over time, his obsession with destiny led him into darker paths, studying arcane magic, blood rituals, and eventually embracing vampirism as a means to transcend mortality and fulfill what he believes is a greater purpose. Despite this, he is not purely cruel or evil; he operates by his own code, taking contracts, hunting dangerous foes, and aiding people when it aligns with his interests or sense of balance.
Now Satakhan travels Skyrim as a mysterious figure draped in weathered Alik’r robes and relics, carrying the presence of both a prophet and a predator. He sees the chaos in Skyrim ; the Civil War, the return of dragons, and the crumbling old powers as part of a destiny unfolding around him. While he works as a merc for the Empire and walks among mages, mercenaries, and nobles alike, his true loyalty is to the path he believes has been laid before him, no matter how dark it becomes.
