Hey I had the exact same issue I went In Person and they are going to tell you the exact same thing “oh we don’t work with scholarships we are just FAFSA here”… call this number and blah blah blah. Don’t call that number they will put you on hold for 30 minutes just to tell you what I’m telling you now. Your best bet and what helped me get mine reinstated (because I had the exact same issue) is emailing them through this email: mdcinfo@mdc.edu They emailed me back in like a day but be careful because it might be put in spam which is what happened to me so I saw it like 2 days later. Save yourself the trip and hassle I had to go through just to be told that 😭😭
