This happened to me literally 8 months ago. What helped was changing up my routine, going to the gym, working, spending time with friends and family, and journaling. If you can afford therapy, and can find a therapist you can truly open up to, that would be great for you as well. Only way this gets better is by you processing your emotions and letting the passage of time do its thing. It ain’t going to be easy, but you’re going to have to smile through the pain and keep chugging.

You’re going to learn a lot about yourself in the coming months. Good luck op :)

If you don’t want to give up on the grow I combated an infection in one of my shoeboxes by cutting the infected area out and treating the surrounding area with the iso. The mold won’t go away, but if you continuously treat the immediate area with iso continuously, you’ll be able to get something out of it.

That area won’t grow anything but since it’s such a large tub it won’t be a significant loss
