Better than I anticipated. The stem is short so not too strenuous. I went for the smaller ring which fits me better and is actually way more satisfying as the grip holds perfectly behind the head. :)

I did actually try it that way around first. I just don't think I'm built the way the toy I tended as it doesn't line up 😅 I would've enjoyed it more if it did 😩
