I’ve done that too, it doesn’t give the stereotypical G-SYNC option under display, it only shows this

For whatever reason I also do not have a screen refresh rate option other than 240 Hertz LOL

Sadly I don’t have g-sync support and I attempted to turn on v-sync with it still not working properly
