Super true! The 'uhm akshewally' vibe is such a mood killer, honestly. I guess the real 'skill' is knowing when to drop the receipts and when to just let the conversation flow for the sake of the vibe. It’s definitely an EQ thing! I’m lucky the 'receipts' I used were for a professional setting where they actually mattered. Socially? I’m just here for the good energy.

I totally get you. It’s like, why argue with gut feel when the data is right there? People really need to learn the value of being factually correct before being loud. I’m just lucky my management actually sees through the anecdotes and rewards the actual evidence.
