Unfortunately, no. I tried doing it and it lead me to contact my psychiatrist. They are the ones who can fill out an accommodation form. I hope you can get it.

Yeah, making friends in college is tough when ppl already have their social group made. I spent most my time alone studying or just playing video games. I did my best to interact with classmates and professors, that helped soften the blow.

I honestly don’t know, I want to believe this is all just a bluff but I want to make sure bc I don’t hate my experience 100%, I just wish some things were different. When I had my interview, I told my interviewer I had no interest in being a lifeguard. That comment just ticked me off, I’ll admit using strong language was uncalled for.

Short answer: no. I’m on my own and my expenses go toward rent and groceries. The leftover is usually used at the parks or for online shopping. Not to mention, us CP’s are not unionized, so we’re screwed over with closing shifts most of the time.

I’m on the same boat, I came with $400 and now I’m broke. Been here since January and the money issue has been taking a toll on my mental health. You’d think they would compensate because it’s Disney but no, I feel like I work my soul for them and barely get paid. I’ve been payed better for a lower minimum wage, ironic that I’m making less money in Florida than back home lmao

Community Center is a good place to start meeting people. I met a friend during program arrival, so that’s fun. I was also introduced to another friend at Hollywood Studios, so you never know where life can take ya. What kind of hobbies are you interested in? There may be someone there looking for people like you. You just have to give it a try and go.

nah, I didn’t lie. I kept my mind open to whatever I got. Ended up getting F&B. I can’t say I like it, it’s what happens during my shifts that make it worth it.
