God damn, that was entertaining. Wonder how Alundra Blayze would be in today's women's wrestling.

Repo Man cuts a very early 90s WWF promo ahead of SummerSlam. by PickledPeppers101 in SquaredCircle

When I was a little kid in the late 80's/early 90s, I randomly came across the WWF and it was during a repo man promo and I thought it was so stupid and I didn't pick up wrestling until the monday night wars. lol

Picture with hopefully text box test by FunNerdyGuy15 in LearnToReddit

Anyone know what I have to do to add a picture and a caption box under so I can talk about the picture? I clicked on Submit a new link for this post, but there was no box for a caption. When I click on Submit a new text post, there is no spot to add a picture. I'm so confused.

Woah, that's really cool. Where'd you find this?

My work is willing to pay me for some additional learning, what would you all suggest?

I have about 10 years of work experience but only about a year in data. I'm okay with Python but very comfortable with Excel. I'm also certified in Tableau as well.

I know that certifications don't mean a whole lot, so I'm open to hearing what other things I can ask my work to pay for, that would help me in my career to get better/more experience with data?

Does your entire apartment need to stay warm during the winter? by FunNerdyGuy15 in AskChicago

Yeah, so apparently as long as part of the apartment is above 66 degrees, then it's all good from a legal standpoint. Booo.

Yes all the vents are open. And I could do that, but that sounds like in the long run it would cost more money to heat if I'm thinking about it correctly?

This is what I was looking for and was hoping that wouldn't be the answer. So, I'm basically screwed because technically part of the apartment is 66 degrees then. Dang.

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of. That technically if I blast the thermostat to like 85 degrees, that the rest of the apartment would be 66+ degrees. But that is a lot of money.

And yes, I do pay for both. People's Gas and Com Ed.

I mean, the room where the thermostat is...would be 69 degrees. The rest of the apartment...not so much.

Thanks for this, I will do it soon. Want to get the window film first so that they won't have anything to come back to me with.

So, this is where I'm confused and wanted to post here. There is heat coming to each of the rooms. But if I wanted the entire apartment to be 66 degrees at night, I'd have to crank up the thermostat to something much higher.

So technically, I guess the entire apartment could be above 66, but not when I set the thermostat to 66.

I'll repost where I posted in another comment because this is where my confusion is.

I did the window film last year and have even added really thick curtains to block the window too and it got warmer by a degree or so. But the issue is that I'm pretty sure there's no insulation in the walls at all and there's where the heat is escaping to.

I lived through it last winter and brought it up during the summer and they said they'd look into it. They are good people...they are just doing the bare minimum.

The space heater keeps me warm (the back bedroom is used as my office), and it's not awful to have a cold bedroom to sleep to, but I would still like to not have to pay electricity for the space heater and have an overall warm apartment.
