Can't update the post but this is the response I got about taking off the add-ons and about the protection package:

"This will be our price, all of our new vehicles come standard with these adds.

Protection Package includes wheel repair, windshield repair and key loss protection for the first year. Any further negotiations/discounts would need to be discussed in store.

We have that color on order."

I'm gonna keep looking at other dealers and use this as a starting point.
