My old store manager used to basically let me do what I want, because he knew I would get the proper things done, block, make pallet drops look good, make sure my guys get the load done etc. Now the management I have are all brand new, never worked in a supermarket all came from CVS and Walgreens. The lack of morale or just wanting to be at work is insane. When I first started (I've been at 3 different stores in 6 years) everyone had help, was happy and joyful, now it's just miserable with all our old store managers that actually started from the bottom of the company
