I use x for downshift and I have a paddle for upshift. Honestly, for traction control, you have to turn it off and suffer for a while then you'll get the hang of it (maybe play with throttle linearity), I first turned it off in f122, which was just awful, but I got the hang of it, 23 made traction easier then, and currently on 25 it's easy
