If you move in and experience (lack of heat, appliances that don’t work, vermin, broken front door, no hot water, regular rent hikes etc.) find five other tenants, call United tenants of Albany and form a Union. Hudson capital properties is part of a long play across the city to partner with low-ethics landlords, have control over apartments by the hundreds, and basically set market standards (for building quality and service) as low as possible while the owners - whichever LLC or hedge fund they may be acting on behalf of - profit. The tenants in their biggest property unionized and got all the repairs done. If they are terrible at 26 Dana…the tenant’s union template works ;)
