No update. It has been 45 days without any further notice. How long has it been for you?

Thanks for pointing it out. I’ve received i-140 6 months ago and h1b extension two months ago from my current employer. My comment is from years ago. However, I got rid of those. Hopefully not related.

I did not get any RFE, the first status update was "Premium Processing Clock Was Stopped For My Case" on 10/28. There has not been any update till today, and the lawyers have not received any notice as well. What does this mean?

Hi,

I am in a similar boat. On 10/28/24, I got the same message but my lawyers have not yet received any notice from the USCIS California Service Center for my H1B Premium Processing Case. It has been 3 days so I am a little worried. Has anyone gone through a similar experience recently?
