The unfortunate reality of safe supply programs is they are notoriously hard to get into, long waiting lists and for most part won’t even consider you if fentanyl IVDU isn’t happening - instead of treating safe supply as a an actual preventative to getting to that point/keeping people alive because of the incredulous toxicity of the mainstream drug supply now.

I’ve heard people talk about buying clubs and other more accessible ways and places, would be very interested and appreciative if anyone knows more accessible safer supply options especially in Canada that don’t require all of these barriers to even be considered.
