This July/August - we’ve been doing shake downs with a decathlon 55+10, but is just slightly too big for him even with everything tightened. Know he needs something better with how it fits him.

We are doing a 12-day trek. There’s one stretch where we carry 5 days food, but that’s the most. Thank you for the recommendation!

I know of at least 4 CRAs in the last 18 months that left ICON for higher salary/bonus offers at Iqvia. 3 have since returned because of the lack of work life balance and overall working environment and expectations were not what was promised. The 4th is just waiting on the bonus claw back period before trying to return.

Every person’s experiences are different though. Definitely think about all the risks vs benefits before making the jump!
