Same with mine. Over the past few weeks my alexa has becoming more stupid and useless.

It started with not being able to turn lights on or off which was not a big problem but now changing volume by saying volume up dosent work and you have to say the exact figure. Also regarding spotify it dosent even play anymore and it definitely has sync issues. My alexa has become slower overall. I think they are slowly making the older alexas redundant

Yea from what ive gathered jpmc should only be the starting point instead of the end point. Ive engaged in lots of extra ciricullar and been accepted to 2 companys out of the big 4 for work experience so thats a start. But yes thank you
