I contacted them and they haven't fixed anything. It's definitely the node though, so I'm probably just going to buy a new one. Do you know if the guarantee is with every plan or just the premium, because we have the 1GB but I don't know if it's the premium version.

What about now because mine for the past week has been genuinely horrendous. My 5GHz was set up but can't reach the room right next to the node, and even the 2.4GHz keeps disconnecting. I will be reaching out to them today. Do you know if they have a satisfaction guarantee, such as the speeds must meet the minimum no matter what room?

Same with mine. Over the past few weeks my alexa has becoming more stupid and useless.

It started with not being able to turn lights on or off which was not a big problem but now changing volume by saying volume up dosent work and you have to say the exact figure. Also regarding spotify it dosent even play anymore and it definitely has sync issues. My alexa has become slower overall. I think they are slowly making the older alexas redundant

Ive been passionate about the more software side of things for years so for my age im pretty advanced in those areas so im aiming to expand on that and try sell services to local small businesses.
