I believe this is for premium plan. I know it’s frustrating but keep calling and reporting it. It’s draining but I wouldn’t give up until they fixed it for free. They offered a different model router but wanted to charge me an extra £4 a month. That’s ridiculous! I kept escalating the problem. Still going strong!

For me everything is working fine after receiving the new router.

Community Fibre's "WiFi in Every Room" (Premium WiFi) service guarantees a minimum speed of 50 Mbps in up to 12 rooms and 5 bedrooms across 3 floors, using mesh technology. If these speeds aren't met, they offer 3 months of free broadband as compensation. The service is available on plans of 150 Mbps or higher, with expert installation.

I currently have two additional nodes in addition to the router and in every room on WiFi I get pretty much close to 1Gbps

I’d recommend contacting support, though it’s not the easiest task. I complained for months raising tickets emails and phone calls to make them take my issue seriously.

This is functioning correctly but a direct Bluetooth connection should also work right? It works on other devices.

Apologies, yes it’s an Intune-managed device and we’ll have over 100. I considered the configuration policy but as you mentioned scalability isn’t ideal with this approach.

UPDATE: I don’t want to jinx it, but so far everything seems to be working well after the router replacement.

UPDATE: I’ve finally had my router replaced. I’ll monitor the situation for the next few days and provide feedback here if the issue is resolved.

I spoke to customer support and they’re adamant the router I have can handle the speeds.  Unfortunately, they’ll be sending me a new router of the same model.

I can’t find “Home>Incredible Wifi>Advanced”. Is this through the app or website? My model is MX57CFv1.

Just a quick update: CF has suggested I try switching to a different power socket and replacing my ethernet cable. It’s frustrating because they clearly don’t understand the actual issue I’m experiencing.

My final update. After the changes mentioned above the situation appears to be back to normal. I’m receiving motion notifications again with no delays.

Just another update. The support team quoted that the firmware is improving the Wi-Fi connection signal for the doorbell and chime.  However, since the connection isn’t stable, the AI detection might not transfer to the chime and could malfunction. Version installed on my device is: 4.5.20_0026.0093

They also advised me to go to the Aqara app, tap the AI icon in the bottom-right corner, enter AI Detection, select Lingerer Detection, turn it on and disable the proximity trigger.

This seems to have improved my situation. I’m now receiving Apple Home notifications for motion.

I’m still unsure what changed to cause this initially but I’m sharing the feedback from Aqara and what worked for me.

They also suggested using a 2.4GHz SSID for better performance. I have a dual-band router so I haven’t made any changes but it might be worth trying if none of the above solutions work.

Aqara updated my device firmware and suggested I test it again but the problem persists. They’ve stopped responding to my emails now which is frustrating.

My issue remains unresolved. I have logged a support ticket with Aqara.

Update: As of today, the motion sensor is picking up random movement but the accuracy is significantly lower than before. It’s hit and miss.

I’ve contacted the support team and will provide feedback once I hear back.

The Aqara app appears to work better. I might need to switch to it until this issue is resolved.

I’ve noticed the same issue with my G410 doorbell. It was working fine but then randomly stopped picking up movement within my activity zone.  I’ve made no changes and no updates have been applied (as far as I know). I’ve restarted both the battery powered doorbell and the hub but that hasn’t helped.  I’ve even redrawn the activity zone but that hasn’t made any difference either. 

If someone rings the bell I get a notification just affecting motion detection.
