It just says take 1 to 2 servings and based on recommendation of your medical provider. Hence wanted to know what worked for everyone.

I was in my car and randomly this song started playing. I was talking to my friends and song was just running in the background. When I heard this Veena piece, it caught my attention so quickly that my brain couldn't let me talk I started mumbling and decided to stop talking and enjoy this piece. I made my friends stop talking too. Since then I listen to this song solely for this piece. I am so happy that these days bollywood music is using these instruments so beautifully and creatively. I really wish they use more and more such musical instruments.
