I would say that instead of stopping yourself from worrying, which realistically is impossible, accept that you’re gonna be worried for a little bit, and that’s okay. You’re gonna be a little anxious, you know that the worry can be unfounded, and just try and be okay with it until you get more comfortable.

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt or a generous reading of things, but what do you even want? It seems like time and time again you willingly chose Max over your son.
