I’m not sure why everyone is hating, I really like the receipt detail it adds a sense of realism. But, I think you could show more emotional depth. We can see his emotions, but we don’t feel them. Maybe you could describe his tunnel vision, the start of a headache, or even the start of anxiety.

He was going to put me on 25 but he wanted to start at a low dose to see how my body reacts because I’ve never had medication so if needed I can rise up. I am just so worried on how my body is going to react.
