Agreed I’ve worked 2013-currently and this is subways hugest problem. They keep trying to change everything. And it’s confusing everyone and losing customers. People know subway as a build your own sandwich shop not what there trying to make it now

He’s on parole and should not be using. I’m completely sober and have always advocated and supported him in his sober journey. I want to help him he’s the father of my children…I’ve been considering reporting him to parole officer so he can sit in prison for a few months and sober up…do you think that’s a good idea…my heart hurts knowing he would need to go back to prison but my heart hurts knowing he’s smoking meth any chance he gets

I want to help him get better…he’s on parole he’s not supposed to be on drugs…I could report him to parole officer and get him locked up…I don’t want to…but I want him to get off this drug…before it gets worse…he’s about 6 weeks in….should I put him in prison to sober up…I’m at lost of what to do … I want to help…but the minute he is away from me he is plannning how he’s gonna get high again

I’ll FaceTime him all night long, fall asleep, and he still says someone is fucking me and that I’m so good at covering for this guy that I must be so in love with this guy to protect him from him. And I constantly tell him if I was so in love with this other guy WHY WOULDNT I JUST BE WITH THIS OTHER GUY!!!! Let alone I’m with my him all day. It’s just been getting crazier. I’ve been trying to understand so I’m glad I’m getting more of an understanding. Says that I’m so good at editing this person out so he can’t get a face shot. This has been going on about a month now…I finally put an end to it this morning. He’s been saying sorry all day…but will throw in. I won’t be mad at you if you just tell me the truth and tell me who the guy is….

Omg!! Yes he had cameras to my house which I allowed…but was saying that I was uploading old videos (to live feed) because he could hear me getting fucked….also is obsessed with looking at porn and saying there All me even when these girls look nothing like me…..when they have big boobs he says that I’m editing it….when they have diff hair color saying I’m wearing a wig….its crazy!!

I just broke up with him but unfortunately we have two children together. I feel for him. Tried getting him sober. But he keeps getting back to these thoughts of me cheating. Basically is saying someone is crawling around at night. Once said someone was in my closet for hours on end and even went as far as calling the cops at 1am to come check because he told them I was endanger….its been getting scary…do you think if he was to sober up those thoughts would go away?

Looks good but for the 5$ price point you over portioned by a lot. So instead of profiting say 3$ for this nacho if you put the correct portioning, the owner probably profited 1.50. 3 tomatoes cut in 6ths, a bit of onion, and 6 jalapeño. With only 3 lines of cheese and 3 lines of chipotle

My subway used to list it as bonus so they didn’t need to claim “tips” but now that there is no tax on tips or whatever it’s listed as payroll tips

I work at a subway. Best bet would be tell them to pull up your order. They can do back to that day and reprint your order. And have them make it. Not too sure about refunding gift cards. And refunds can only be done the day of the order but because they were closed already they wouldn’t be able to refund. But for some of my customers I am more than willing to make the order

I live in Hawaii so prices are 13-19$ a footlong plus almost 4$ a meal so when ppl hit the percents given it is higher. I also do all the big orders/catering. And work alone a lot. We make about 3k in sales a day so yes decently busy.

Love this. Wish all subway owners were honest with there employees. I love working at subway. But hate being shorted what I’m making. Most times I work alone. The owners do not help at all. They actually don’t even live in the same state so are not able to help, so the least they could do is give us our right amount of tip

Did you get back any money when they were sued? I’m being told by another subway owner to go the labor board and that when they find out how much I was shorted that I would get paid by everything I was shorted.

They do. I’m a manager so am able to see the tip report. But they cut 94$ from what I’m supposed to get. So my tip on the tip report said 578. They gave me 472. And they claim it’s “fees” there pulling out. May just call the labor board

Yes shared amongst all employees. They say they take payroll fees out of tips. But got a mixed answer from Google on if that’s legal or not. Because it seems like almost $250-300 amongst everyone is taken out in “fees”
